Project Overview:

This century-old home, located in downtown Toronto, has its first floor occupied by the client’s parents. We carried out a complete transformation of the second and third floors, providing a full design-and-build solution tailored to the client’s needs.

By modifying the load-bearing structure, we achieved an open-concept layout, and on the third-floor terrace, we expanded the space to include a new bathroom. Despite the tight urban site and the high level of construction complexity, we successfully and faithfully brought the designer’s vision to life.

Layered wood finishes and a warm neutral backdrop are pulled together by brass elements in this kitchen transformation. Moving a w/d out of this space and creating a true entertainer’s kitchen was a big order for this urban space. A fireplace that actually feels built in. A frame TV that’s not pretending to be art, it is art.
