Project Overview:

This project, located in the charming town of Uxbridge, began when the homeowners approached us with a vision to expand their living space and enhance the overall functionality of their home.

We removed the original garage and excavated a brand-new basement beneath it, then added two additional levels above — effectively creating a full three-storey addition. The garage was repositioned to the front of the property, optimizing the layout and curb appeal.

In total, this major home addition added approximately 1,200 sq.ft. of new living area, significantly increasing both the home’s capacity and its long-term property value. The result is a seamless blend of architectural balance, modern functionality, and investment growth — a transformation that redefines how the family lives and enjoys their space.
