Project Overview:

This 3,500 sq.ft. home in Thornhill was a beautiful structure with solid bones, but time had softened its original charm. Our mission was to restore its character and elevate it to modern standards of luxury and comfort — bringing the home back to its full potential, just like day one.

We completely reimagined the interior, gutting the entire kitchen, floors, stairs, and bathrooms. The design direction focused on clean lines, subtle contrasts, and materials with depth and presence. Matte black accents, polished stone, and warm wood tones work together to create a sense of calm balance — modern without being cold, refined without being fussy. Every space was carefully considered, rebuilt with intention, and finished to perfection.

Custom millwork became the soul of this renovation, shaping both the functionality and aesthetic of every room. The original fireplace — a sentimental centerpiece for the homeowners — was preserved and refreshed in a rich olive green, bringing warmth and personality to the heart of the home.

Every detail of this transformation was crafted with one clear goal: to revive the home’s authentic spirit while redefining it with timeless sophistication and enduring beauty.
