This home was a brand-new builder house, but the homeowners wanted to go beyond the standard finishes and create a space that truly reflected their personality. They came to us for a complete design and construction transformation.

The client envisioned a dark, modern aesthetic — sophisticated, moody, and full of character. Our designer brought this vision to life through a thoughtful mix of materials, tones, and textures, creating a bold yet harmonious atmosphere throughout the home.

We replaced all the flooring, refinished the staircase, and completely remodeled the primary ensuite bathroom, featuring a sleek curbless walk-in shower for a seamless look. In the kitchen, we preserved part of the original cabinetry but replaced all countertops with new stone surfaces and added a striking central island for both style and functionality.

Every detail — from the wall trim profiles to the lighting selections — was carefully curated to achieve the perfect balance of drama and elegance. The result is a home that feels modern, refined, and unmistakably unique — a space that perfectly captures the homeowner’s bold taste and elevated lifestyle.
